A planned promotion path from tested environments to production.

We're planning a linked-environment model for promoting changes through your own review process before they reach production — adaptable to how your team already works.

Roadmap

The planned test, stage, and promote model.

The direction we're planning links a chain of environments — a testing environment, a staging environment for validation, and production — so a change proven in a lower environment is deliberately promoted forward, rather than deployed directly. The goal is to mirror standard change-control practice inside a governed workspace, and to let each customer adapt the promotion steps to their own internal process rather than impose one rigid workflow.

Available today

Reviewed, reversible changes within a single workspace.

Today's draft, commit, undo/redo, and proposal-review flow (see Granularity of Control) already gives you a reviewed and reversible path for changes inside one workspace. The linked-environment model extends that same idea across separate environments — it's a natural next step, not a replacement for what's already there.

Directionally

What we're exploring — not yet committed.

  • Linked test, stage, and production environments per workspace
  • Deliberate, audited promotion between environments
  • A change-control process adaptable to your internal practices
